Before my appointment he made sure they were charged, answered question when he knew the answer and didn't BS if he didn't know the answer. Percy was juggling multiple customers, but never left me waiting for anything. I had a bit of a wait before I could close the deal with finance dept, about 40 minutes. But once in Kiran moved us through the paperwork quickly. I am not a fan of dealerships, but could not find many used EVs on Craigslist. Hanna Imports exceeded my expectations. More

And let me tell you this car is nice it has all the bells and whistles on it and I would definitely come here again for my next car. And the people, the people that work there are so nice there was no pressure whatsoever unlike other places and they answered ALL of my questions in great depth (I asked a lot because this is the first car that I'm personally buying). The next day, I came to see about purchasing a vehicle that we had test drove over night and met Taraja. He was indeed a very professional young man whom cared about the customer more than the sale. My husband and I purchased a vehicle for our daughter with no issues or stress. Brandon was our Finance Specialist and we had a fun time, all while handling the business we needed to in his office. Overall, our experience was excellent and we will be working with them in the future, while also referring people who want paramount service. They kept coming up in my online searches so I knew the most efficient thing to do was to just go there and test drive everything I was considering. Test drove and completed purchase with JJ who made me laugh and was very patient and accomodating with me. I came in with my kids one day (no school), they actually let me leave (you know that's nearly impossible other places) and come back to finish everything the next day. Price was fair and upfront. Even after pulling Kelley Blue Book and comparing national prices I couldn't really justify haggling much. It wasn't a bargain basement price, but it was solidly in the fair to good price range and its a model that doesn't come up too much so I opted to take it and run. They deserve it for great service anyway. Thanks for working with my situation, JJ and Hanna! I LOVE my Prius and because of your patience I was able to make a decision I feel really good about. Would definitely recommend. More
