Good price, lots of surprise slow downs We found the car we wanted and the price was good. However, they didn’t have the car ready for the test drive when we arrived (scheduled in advance). We were given someone new to work with who didn’t know much about EVs at all. The salesperson couldn’t answer a question I had about the carfax (had to use google). Put down a deposit said ok we can come back Monday. They kept asking if we could come sooner. So we came Sunday. They called in the Friday salesperson but didn’t tell us that and left us waiting for a long time before telling us. All the previous paperwork could not be found so we started all over again. Salesperson could not answer trade in question. Maybe he was new, he was nice enough. Then we talked to finance person and paid and off we go we are done. Oh but wait no one detailed the car and the detail shop is closed Sunday. So... why did you ask us to come Sunday when we had asked for Monday? Sigh. Monday we drove it back and they detailed it and all is good. Good price. Service / sales/ organization/ communication needs improvement. More

Good dealership and great customer service. Everyone was very friendly. I really liked having Nour, he was excellent and sweet. Jordan went out of his way to offer h and great customer service. Jordan went out of his way to offer his assistance with trying to set up the Bluetooth and Hands Free Calling as I was leaving the dealership, but was unable to succeed. It was not his fault however, more or less the car's, so I was a little upset with that. I was looking forward to those features so I guess I will have to take it to Dodge or come back. Overall the dealership was VERY clean inside, had a large inventory, and kept their online listings updated regularly. More

As painless a car buying experience as possible We had to buy a new car when mine was totaled by a really bad hail storm. We stopped at Hanna to look at an Infinity QX50 and walked out less than 90 min later with a done deal. I highly recommend Percy our salesman. He was one of the nicest guys you could ever hope to meet. We got a good deal and are very happy with the car. They told me that they were moving to a Carmax sales model in July which will take some of the fun out of car shopping, but maybe it will be good for all in the long run. More

Watch out for Kahu (its optional, just opt out at signing) I had a good experience here. The Kahu GPS system that they claim is mandatory is actually not, according to the final paperwork (this is the reason f I had a good experience here. Of course, you'll have something spliced in to your vehicle's electrical system, which probably isn't great for warranty... Anyway, My salesman Nick was great, Ken answered all of my paperwork questions with no pressure, and Brian the internet guy went out of his way to answer my million questions. I'd have no trouble purchasing another vehicle from them! More
