Made an unnecessary flight I’d been searching for a Diesel Q5 for awhile and one turned up in Raleigh at your place. I live in Asheville so I had a friend test drive it for me. I called the next day and told you I wanted to buy the car but that I was in NY for work and couldn’t pick up the car for one week. (Monday to Monday) I was informed that even though I offered to put money down the car, Hanna wouldn’t hold the car. I offered to pay in full and the answer was still no. Since the car had to be white (we own a wedding venue and drive brides around) and this was the only white TDI anywhere close I had to make it happen. I changed my work trip and flew into Raleigh with intention of driving it back. I called Hanna and told them of my plans. They agreed. I awoke at 5am to catch the flight, got an Uber to the bank to get a cashiers check and made it to the dealer. I sat for over an hour waiting for help. One of the sales guys drove the car back after I was there for about 30 minutes but evidently the car wasn’t ready. After being there one and a half hours, I had finally had enough. I went into the sales office and shared this story. One of the sales manager heard me say I had taken a flight and asked “how was your flight sir?” I responded “unnecessary!” If they didn’t have a hard to find car in stock and I hadn’t flown in without a ride home, I would have left and not bought the car. These guys are cocky. They shouldn’t advertise on their cars on the Facebook marketplace to people far away if they can’t hold a car for a week. A car marked as “sold” in the inventory would do nothing but motivate people. More

Q60 convertible purchase Overall pleased with the service. One thing that was disappointing was, I scheduled a test drive for the vehicle and then was told it was not ready an Overall pleased with the service.
