First of all, we were assigned with a rookie sales guy who had just joined a month ago and had no experience/knowledge about the car. I dont blame the poor guy as he was not helped much by his seniors. One particular sales person called De-Andre was awfully rude and contemptuous. The car we bought had a front seat floor mat missing so I asked the manager Isaac Wards about the floor mat, he kept giving different excuses about it and never delivered on it. DONT BUY YOUR CAR FROM HANNA! More
