I went in for my routine 90K service and the service rep, Mike, was very nice, and knowledgeable, and did a good job of taking care of me. They LISTENED to my problem. ..I noticed I was having some issues with my AC and some funny noises. Another service dealership scoff at this and said nothing was wrong. The Service manager at the Napa Hanlees was patient when I visited and even took the time to listen to the issue for himself. He agreed something was amiss. They finally found out the culprit of the problem and addressed it. More

Included in the servicing of my car was a courtesy multipoint inspection, which both rated my battery battery terminals “green .” I just finished buying a new battery from AAA road side service since multipoint inspection, which both rated my battery battery terminals “green .” I just finished buying a new battery from AAA road side service since my car wouldn’t start. The technician clean my terminals( noticeable corrosion) and was able to jumpstart the car , but determined the battery was in poor health; thus , I now have a new battery. It does make me wonder if anyone actually performed the vehicle inspection. More
