Everyone I interacted with went above and beyond baseline service. The person who checked me in was knowledgeable and polite, and patiently explained things to me every step of the way, taking the time to go service. From her answers I could tell the mechanic really took his time explaining the situation to her and cared greatly about the safety of the car and the quality of his work.
