The service is always professional, friendly, and reasonably quick. There have been a couple of times when the sales department tried to get me to "trade up," even though my cars are new and fairly n reasonably quick. Overall, though, I drive about 45 minutes from home (passing another dealership on the way) to have service at Hanlees. More
