Not pleased as a cabin filter with a strong perfume odor was used without asking me. Understandable to an extent, but when I called I was told they could not replace it for a few days as they were short sta was used without asking me. We’ve purchased 2 Subaru’s from Hanless and it’s always been a great experience. Staff is knowledgeable and the Salespeople never to pushy like other dealerships I’ve been to in the past. Mike the service manager I dealt with was very accommodating and helpful. One of the mechanics also helped with a CarPlay issue I was having in a helpful way.
