I was in the market for a new car, and after whittling down our list to a handful of vehicles, my wife and I decided to go with a 2025 Subaru Legacy. I saw a premium model at my local dealer. Unfortunat down our list to a handful of vehicles, my wife and I decided to go with a 2025 Subaru Legacy. I saw a premium model at my local dealer. Unfortunately, none of the dealers in the greater Sacramento area were really willing to work with us on the price or custom order one. I bought my first car years ago at Hanlees Toyota in Davis and messaged the team at Hanlees Subaru in Napa. Cherry was amazing from the beginning. The process was quite simple, and within minutes, they gladly custom ordered my new car at a great price. She did a great job keeping me notified along the way, and the car was even delivered four days ahead of time. I scheduled a time to come in for a test drive and to do the paperwork a few days after they received it. Mike in financing was great to work with, and I was out of there within 90 minutes. They checked in afterward to ensure I've been satisfied. It's my first but likely not my last Subaru. I couldn't recommend them more to anyone in the market for a new or reliable used vehicle. More

Whether you are looking for a new or used Subaru, I **highly** encourage you to check out Hanlees in Napa. I drove 2 hours (from SJ) to buy my certified pre-owned Ascent and, after my experience, I wou **highly** encourage you to check out Hanlees in Napa. I drove 2 hours (from SJ) to buy my certified pre-owned Ascent and, after my experience, I would drive twice that and more to work with their team again (for reference there are at least 3 Subaru dealerships near my home). From setting up my appointment with Cherry, to driving and checking out the car with Ron (salesperson and super knowledgeable about car tech), to purchasing the car with Mike (super kind and efficient head of Finance), to getting a training on the car’s features with Victoria (super teacher and head of Sales), I felt comfortable, respected, happy, and so glad that Hanlees is where I ended up for my purchase. My husband is going thru chemo and couldn’t join me, so I was a bit nervous going thru the purchase on my own. After about 5 minutes with Ron and Mike I knew that I was going to have a super positive and straightforward experience. Thank you for taking care of me, Hanlees!
