Bad experience. They sold us a brand new car that needed service before rolling out of the dealership, we agreed to pick up the car several days after being paid for They sold us a brand new car that needed service before rolling out of the dealership, we agreed to pick up the car several days after being paid for to allow time for service. When the car was finally available, and after driving 4hs round trip to pick it up, turns out the car had another issue, which we pointed out at the time, but were dismissed by Carlos, who sent us home with a faulty car, assuring us it was nothing. Then they basically disappeared for several days without addressing our concerns. We finally gave up and took the new car to a different dealer to get the problem fixed. I’d recommend you to stay away from Hanless Napa. Just feel sorry for Victor that seems honest and hard working. More
