Nice staff, friendly service but slow. Took 5 hour from appointment start until they had partial diagnosis on a check engine light for warranty work. Maybe they didn’t actually get around to looking at our vehicle for the first few hours but this is not what they communicated! And they also did not answer their phones for a hour between 1:20-2:20pm when I was trying to reach them to check on the progress. Maybe they are understaffed? The final straw was the price of $259 for an OIL CHANGE and Air filter! That was AFTER a 10% discount!!! More
