Service center was very accommodating for a unscheduled service requirement and did a fantastic job with the work performed, however, their communications have a great deal of room for improvement. Was given an expected date for when car would be ready, and then received no communications as that day was coming to an end. Called and was put on hold to check the status and call was disconnected, called back and was told everyone in service had left for the day. The next day I called in the morning and explained I needed to know if car would be done by certain time since they had set the expectation that the car would be ready the prior day, so I could plan for alternate transportation if needed. Was told they would call back in a short time, and again received no call back. When I called them, I was unable to get anyone on the phone in service.I had no problem waiting for the service to be completed, just was looking for communication and follow up as they had set the expectation for the follow up calls and repeatedly told me over a period of 3 days that they were "just finishing up". I would give them 5 stars if they improve communication, and had not told me they would follow up and missed the follow up repeatedly. More
Found a car on-line that I was very much interested in. After talking with sales person, he said that there was a problem with the tires/alignment and it was going into shop to be fixed. Mean while I looked at CarFax report and saw that this car had been in the Hanlees dealerships since 2021 so I asked salesman where was this car during the time gap-6 months? After several days later, I contacted the salesman where he stated that his manager told that car will not be for sales , but going to auction. I do not understand why they put a car up for sell that had current known problems?? Not a very happy customer am I! More
