The oil change was completed just fine and the staff were ok (not rude, not overly helpful), but the whole tune was of sales and laziness. They didn’t rotate my tires because they couldn’t find the wheel key ok (not rude, not overly helpful), but the whole tune was of sales and laziness. They didn’t rotate my tires because they couldn’t find the wheel key; which was literally right next to the spare. And tell me you don’t have one on hand to use!? They also wanted me to pay to diagnose a computer cluster issue when I have a lifetime warranty that covers the cluster. Like what gives here? More

Bad communication and overall very poor service. I had to go back and forth several times, they didn’t order the key fobs I told them I needed and made the appointment for there were other issues an I had to go back and forth several times, they didn’t order the key fobs I told them I needed and made the appointment for there were other issues and I felt I was overcharged.
