Poor communication with the service dept. never able to talk to the service manager. Truck was in for 6 plus months. Never got it fixed and tried to say I drove it away but had aaa pick it up never able to talk to the service manager. Truck was in for 6 plus months. Never got it fixed and tried to say I drove it away but had aaa pick it up and send it to another shop. Was charged for nothing done. Called the Barr and got my money back that they charged me to pick it up. My buddy is getting the same kind of treatment a year later. What a bad co. Run👊 and go somewhere else!!!!! More

Quick service, unfortunate that it took 3 unanswered call to set up said service. I supplies my own oil and filter, sad that they couldn’t throw out the carton the oil was is, but I’m glad they didn’t make m to set up said service.
