The service was good as always. However, the shuttle service was unsatisfactory. I reserved a shuttle when I made the online appointment. Once there, there wasn't a shuttle for me. Finally someone told me my name had to be on the board. If I had reserved ahead of time, my name should have been on the board. By this time I had waited for over an hour. I ended up having to call my wife to come get me. Next time I'll just skip the shuttle service as it seems unreliable. More

I told her just check for any leak ( they can just dunk it in the water tank and see if theres air bubble, while rotating the tires.) so i can take it to costco for repair. after the service. did not hear about leak tire. this afternoon, had to add air at costco. costco tech told me that tire only read 25psi. and had to keep an eye on it. so toyota did not check for leak on that particular tire. More

I brought my Sienna in for service as I normally do. I had made an appt to avoid the nin apot line but I noticed on this they were not directing the people who had appts. to the different line as before s had made an appt to avoid the nin apot line but I noticed on this they were not directing the people who had appts. to the different line as before so I waited in the regular line. I was in fir the major maintenance, after reviewing it items in the major maintenance why after I got my car back I am told I would have to pay for a tire rotation? I just spent over 1,000 dollars on the major and could get my tires rotated? Seems like to services provide over the years do not match the money that is paid for them. I just see a large part going to labor cost. I guess this is a sign of the times. I used to feel being my car that I was getting a good value, not so sure anymore. I have been with Toyota for a few decades and have purchased a few models in the past so this is not a one off feedback. Hopefully this read by a real person and not simply drop in a database to never be read. Thanks More

The quality service provided by Ms. Megan De Torres I've been at Hanlees Hilltop Toyota the last two Saturdays for maintenance service of my Toyota Corolla S 2012 and Highlander XLE 2017. During tho I've been at Hanlees Hilltop Toyota the last two Saturdays for maintenance service of my Toyota Corolla S 2012 and Highlander XLE 2017. During those two times, Ms. Megan De Torres (Service Representative) was always taking good care of my needs. She is very professional, courteous, and very helpful to me in particular and to other customers in general.. During my wait, I observed her and found that she is consistently assisting other Hanlees Toyota customers. I am duty bound to inform Hanlees Toyota management/owners that Ms. Megan De Torres is a prized asset to the organization. Whenever my cars need service, I would prefer to have the day that Ms. De Torres is on duty. More

Service on my 2016 Toyota I brought my car in for its six month service and it was done efficiently and excellently and speedily. I did not have a long wait.
