I liked that the estimate/service order was texted to me before the service advisor (Sonia) discussed the needed repairs with me. Sonia explained the issues in detail and very patiently answered all of my q before the service advisor (Sonia) discussed the needed repairs with me. When I had additional questions, including a silly one, Sonia very willingly went with me to my car to show and tell, and never once made me feel less than respected even though I’m pretty ignorant. The repairs took longer than estimated, but it was okay because Sonia kept me informed. More

Bad work, too expensive, after 30 years being a client, I’m very dissatisfied, I took my car for 125000 miles service, I notice some shaking, after a week, I took the car to solve the problem, I was told i I’m very dissatisfied, I took my car for 125000 miles service, I notice some shaking, after a week, I took the car to solve the problem, I was told if after the inspection nothing was wrong, I have to pay for that. Finally after 6 month while driving on the freeway, “check engine “ light was flashing, the car was shaking a lot, some weird noise en loosing speed, my car was towed to fix the problem. My concern is: I took my car in perfect condition for SERVICE, paying $ 800.00, because of bad or wrong work I had to pay an additional $ 900.00, I’m an 80 years old lady, retired and living on a Social security,to me this is very abusing business. Please excuse my English, I’m a Spanish speaking person. More
