The service staff for check in is very welcoming, accomodating and helpful. The thing they need to improve is always a long wait, just to check in your car, it takes almost an hour and you have to w accomodating and helpful. When I drop off my truck for a service it has only 1111 miles on it. When it was fished it had 1126 miles. When I check the Toyotas app it jag registered 8 harsh accelerations 6 harsh cornering.
