Criminals/crooks. The dealership commits fraudulent acts, then tries to cover them up. When pushed, they do the minimum to remedy them. In the end, their subcontractor STILL “cheaped out” on a final, not so minor detail. Absolutely grotesque - intentional fraud, deceit, dishonesty, and complete lack of integrity. A disgrace to humanity, and to the Toyota name and reputation. And everyone who knows anything knows that, and won’t do business with them. Unfortunately, I found out the hard way.
