I'm rating mid-range because : 1) service took twice as long as I was told; I arrived 11:30a; expected service to be completed between 1:30-2p but it wasn't finished until 4:30p. 2) I made the appt for oi long as I was told; I arrived 11:30a; expected service to be completed between 1:30-2p but it wasn't finished until 4:30p. 2) I made the appt for oil change and tire rotation; I was strongly urged to add $2000+ in additional services which I declined, agreeing to $300 worth of minor services. 3) When I asked about special offers, I was told the shop had no way of knowing if any were available. In the past, service advisors checked the Hanlees website to see offers applicable to my service. Shortly after leaving the shop, I checked the Hanlees website and noted 3 or 4 offers that might have been applicable. 4) The service advisor was very professional and pleasant. I know he is expected to sell services, however, I prefer to receive a mild suggestion re Toyota's interval service recommendations as opposed to a worse case scenario. I'm a loyal customer having bought my car in 2006 and from the 1st service through this latest, it has only been serviced at Hanlees Hilltop. More
