simple I have been a Toyota customer but I feel that I was lied to and I am upset about a double charge, They charged me for my service of 25,000 and this was already included in the agreement to buy one was lied to and I am upset about a double charge, They charged me for my service of 25,000 and this was already included in the agreement to buy one of my new cars, I don't feel that this was correct or loyal, the amount is small but that means that they defrauded me a little, imagine what they could do in large amounts More
I took it for routine maintenance like I have for 6 years. I took it home and days later I noticed a bump on my tire, which I know was not cause by me or the road cause I am very careful and take good years. Also didn't really drive my car much since i picked it up. When confronted the service person that helped me out, he mentioned they didn't do anything to it and put the blame on me. I also noticed damage on my center console as well. Never going there again after this terrible experience More

We were handled by Jessie and he was very kind to us. It was our first time coming to this dealership so we weren’t sure where to wait as our appointment was at 7:30am and we had arrived at 7:25am. A woman came out and told us to wait in the line on the street which we did not see. Yet she told us we were cutting in line. So we waited in the parking lot until we saw others pull into the appointment line. Once we lined up we had gotten down from our car to see if we needed to check in at the desk, similar to another location we have gone to, only to be yelled at by the same woman who told us to wait in the car. She then proceeded to tell us that we don’t know how to listen and that we had cut in front of several people despite there being no cars behind us in line. When we were finally greeted by another service advisor he had explained to us how things worked in a much kinder manner. More
Worst dealership, they told me I can't drive my car because my brakes was really bad and told me they going to charge me 800 just for oil change, and the brakes. I just went to O'REILLY and ordered th because my brakes was really bad and told me they going to charge me 800 just for oil change, and the brakes. I just went to O'REILLY and ordered the parts and just spent 150 for my brakes. But still I paid 260 just for oil change. I will never go to that dealership again. More
