Toyota owners go to a dealer instead of outside workshops due to perception what authorised dealers can be trusted and they will only do what's best for the vehicle owner. Was offered discretionary items wh due to perception what authorised dealers can be trusted and they will only do what's best for the vehicle owner. Was offered discretionary items when i had gone in for a toyota recommended basic service instead of focusing on items that demanded attention and I only noted them when I came home but was not mentioned to me while I was there ( ex recommended differential oil change). With limited resources, it's common sense that a vehicle owner would rather spend on important issues rather than discretionary things. While I was there I asked for service specials and was told there were none even though they're clearly available on the website and this was being dishonest to a trusting customer who looked up to hanlees as being a good dealership. Am disappointed that it is becoming increasingly difficult to trust anyone. More

I was really taken aback by the service reps deliverance of new tire charges. She did not even try to fit me into a budget tire just told me that it would cost me over 850 for new tires.
