It’s always a hit and miss with the service department. I made an appointment at 9:30am. Arrived 9:25am and there were already 2 cars ahead of me. I didn’t get greeted by a service representative until 9:5 I made an appointment at 9:30am. Arrived 9:25am and there were already 2 cars ahead of me. I didn’t get greeted by a service representative until 9:50am. Although, the service representative was straight to the point he did say that they are running behind and it will be a few hours. I didn’t get a call back until 11:45am. My point is why make an appointment if we are not going to be seen until close to 10am and this was a Monday. More
My appointment was at 8AM. I was there at 7AM, first in line. A nice lady came down, greeted me good morning and asked if I have an appointment. She gave me my number. Another nice lady came, asked me to leave my key, told to go to table 4. We talked, she did what she needed to do. I signed the paper and waited for almost an hour and a half. She called my name, I went to the cashier, I paid and left. Everything was smooth and faster. More
