I had a terribly long wait even after I had an appointment. I turned my car at 11:30 but had to wait more than 4 hours to get my car back. It was a very bad experience. My phone died, I was hungry all day long and I missed many of my works that day. A horribly bad day. More

Good but I do wish you had loaner cars for major services. My car was gone for 9 days and cost 7k to repair. A loaner or rental reimbursement would be good.
