I saw in workshop workers were just using phone instead of finish there assignment/ job , should be done by there promised time. And some of certified Mechanics I see they were taking clients from outside of finish there assignment/ job , should be done by there promised time. And some of certified Mechanics I see they were taking clients from outside like friends car doing oil changes and car wash for them and get money from them/ customers/ friends. For Just $50 . Wow then why we should go to dealers why not direct to the certified Mechanic instead? More

I brought my car to get an oil change, get my tire fixed and an estimate for fixing paint. The gal who talked to me said yeah my mom's paint is doing the same thing, I asked for an estimate and she said whe and an estimate for fixing paint. After further questions I discovered Toyota does not fix their own paint and the only place they can recommend also does not do paint any more. Btw Toyota also cannot fix my tire. However they did rotate them and now I no longer know which one will need air later this week. I guess I'll have to wait til it's flat again and then take it to another place hopefully I won't get stranded somewhere. It also might have been nice for anyone to go over the multipoint inspection with me. Anyone. More

I had a terribly long wait even after I had an appointment. I turned my car at 11:30 but had to wait more than 4 hours to get my car back. Jessie told me it would take about 2 hours but they pulle appointment. I turned my car at 11:30 but had to wait more than 4 hours to get my car back. It was a very bad experience. My phone died, I was hungry all day long and I missed many of my works that day. A horribly bad day. More

Good but I do wish you had loaner cars for major services. My car was gone for 9 days and cost 7k to repair. A loaner or rental reimbursement would be good.
