I had an appointment at 10:45 for oil change and tire rotation and they took my car until noon. My car was ready until 3 pm, xxx. Very bad customer service from the service guy that took my car. Meand my wife we bought a car from Mr. Joseph , who was extremely friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable.
