They are slow to greet customers with appointments; I waited about 25 minutes for a service writer to come out of their office and begin the process of writing up my service request. I spent over $2,500 for routine major servicing, which no one reviewed with me after all of the work was completed, and my car was dirty when I picked it up on the morning the work was completed.
