The overall process was smooth and everyone was nice. However it was too long. We waited for more than an hour to see the finance manager. The reason I brought it in was because my tire pressure light was on. Was not told it was because there was a bolt in my tire while it was being looked at nor when I went to pick it up. Next day the light was on again, I called 3 times and left a voicemail for the service dept. no one called me back. The next day the tire was flat. I decided to drive the few miles to Toyota. I was given attitude from the person at the cashier desk. And they measured my tire size wrong. So I was pushed into getting a rental car because they had to order tires and this happened Friday. I was given attitude when I returned the rental when I asked if they would consider waving the cost as if they had told me I had a nail in my tire at first time I brought it in I would not have needed to get the rental. I was told the manager was not in and she would call me to talk about my issues/ experience. I still have not heard from her. More
