Liew Saechao, the Assistant Service Manager, was outstanding! He was personable, knowledgeable, and professional, making me feel comfortable right away—as if I’d known him for years! He explained everything clearly, even showing me pictures, which built my trust in the service. I waited for my car while it was serviced and it didn’t take long, but Liew still apologized for the wait. There was also some confusion with my MaxCare Insurance, and Liew personally made phone calls to clear everything up. Despite the department being busy, he made me feel like I was his only customer. Truly one of the best service experiences I’ve ever had! More
