My spanish speaking father bought a Nissan Altima from here last year for my mom. They also purchased the service package. They have recently been calling him relentlessly. He does not speak english and would request a spanish speaker. They would then hang up on him, but keep calling back. He went in person and spoke to a salesperson who then called him a "fkng salvadorian" and they kicked him off the premises and threatened to call the police on him because he was frustrated that they kept calling him with no one to speak spanish. They had no problem with him while he was spending money there, but now that hes just trying to find out what it is THEY are calling for, the language barrier is a problem. I have filed a complaint with the BBB and the Attorney general. More

It took too long for the service department to get the okay from Nissan to give the okay for an aftermarket battery.
