I feel that the service is not as great and professional like before, the man at cash register says he did not know how to change the phone numbers and email address! Really? Cashier needs refresher in customer service. I stated walking into waiting room that it was overwhelming smell of popcorn - he stated ignorance then claimed he just used machine to popcorn.
