I was EXTREMELY IMPRESSED with the receptionist/service assistant. I forgot her name. She is an asset beyond measure. I arrived very early for my appointment, but she welcomed me inside, made coffee, had assistant. I forgot her name. She is an asset beyond measure. I just have one comment. In previous dealerships (different type of car) they was the car before returning it. Is this not your policy? More

Technician was very helpful but I had to ask multiple questions to get help and had to ask to speak direct to technician. Technician was diligent in helping me find a temporary solution. They were understaffed to mechanics had called out to service check in people were not there. Cars were all over unable to move cars that had been dropped off without keys. Told me my warranty was void before they even examined the car and my problem. Mentioned I had the 'wrong color coolant', but when I emailed her to ask why (twice), she never responded. Told me there was no problem with the car despite coolant leaking repeatedly. 2 days after picking up the car, I was stranded on the side of the road due to overheating. Took to a different dealer who pressure tested my cooling system and found a cracked radiator. Overall unpleasant experience. More
