Horrible service, whenever you have a problem with coverage they don’t want to help. They say the car is all fine but in reality the car is having horrible mechanical problems and they don’t want to f coverage they don’t want to help. I’ve given them horrible reviews, and I know they’re not gonna listen because they have horrible reviews over all and they never change their service. I’m NEVER returning to this dealership and I will be speaking to corporate.I will never own or buy a Hyundai ever again. My experience was ruined. More
The initial time I went in, their system was down. They had no backup plan to assist customers, as a result we were told to wait. Customers were informed it happens quite often and it could take hours. To not have a continuity plan for an IT downtime in 2023 is unheard of and produces a bad experience for the customer. Once the system was finally up and operational, I was informed the recall parts for my vehicle will take weeks to come in. Weeks later, once the parts was in, I was then informed it would take a day to complete. However, reprogramming was delayed, thus taking another week. Lastly, I did not receive a call when my car was ready. I only found out when I called to get an update on the status of my vehicle. Unfortunately, the customer service received in general was really bad and unacceptable. More
From the beginning Hanlees Hilltop Hyundai made me feel like the most important person. Picking the car best for me. Explaining all the paperwork. No haggling for a price I could afford. The service department is great. They get me in and out quickly. Everyone I have met there is friendly and ready to answer all my questions. It's just a great place to buy/lease a car. More
Service is indescribably bad! Can’t get through on the phone! Calls are not returned. Service advisor does not listen, understand the concerns or just doesn’t care.
