Made an appointment online for a Saturday at 8:30 a. m. Got there and no service hours were posted, the doors were locked, and no one was answering the phone. When I saw her sitting at a desk inside, completely ignoring me, I tried calling again, and this time the call went straight to voicemail. I finally completed the paperwork myself and dropped the key in the drop box. Despite my request for a return call to confirm the appointment, I only got a call when the work was complete. The service advisor was great, but the young lady with long dark hair and long nails was very rude. I will only return for recall service. More

Able to fit me in for routine service appointment only a few days in advance, took my car in on time and completed service within estimated timeframe. Only negative was I saw my car parked in the lot for ab few days in advance, took my car in on time and completed service within estimated timeframe. Finally I walked over and got checked out. Next time would ask that they alert me more promptly when service completed. Otherwise I appreciate the service. More
