My car was in the shop for 2 months+ with absolutely no communication & even being put on hold for 2 hours, 3 or more times. When I hung up & called back the first 2 times i was put on hold for 2 hours, t communication & even being put on hold for 2 hours, 3 or more times. When I hung up & called back the first 2 times i was put on hold for 2 hours, they heard my voice & put me on hold again. Absolute disaster my service advisor was Nayeli who seemed to care the most out of everyone but unfortunately it was far from enough communication & care. More
It’s not just this dealership. Genesis service is lacking. Pitching Genesis as a luxury car but not being able to give luxury service. I had to wait 3 weeks for an oil change. The concierge service doesn’t exist anymore but that was a selling point. Key remote didn’t work and they said it was just the battery but they didn’t replace it. It’s a brand new car. I would think you could replace the battery. Solid car but you can’t compare to the other luxury brands when your service is lacking. More
