The service area for Genesis service was extremely small and crowded. I was expecting something more like the Lexus service accommodations. There was a general Hyundai service area. Front desk staff very friendly and efficient and remembered my name. However I had called as soon as I received the recall notice and left a message 3 times with no response at all. While in the waiting room several people voiced the same concern as we all overheard a call on speaker at the desk. The worst thing an organization can do is ignore their customers. You MUST return calls! And having customer calls on speaker phone is extremely unprofessional and violates your customer’s privacy. It also takes away from the great job your personnel are doing.
