I had an appointment for maintenance at 8:30am on Saturday, but the service department person didn't arrive til 8:50am. My car's software update didn't upload correctly, so I was sent home in a Lyft Saturday, but the service department person didn't arrive til 8:50am. My car's software update didn't upload correctly, so I was sent home in a Lyft because the master tech wasn't working until Monday. The rental car service was not open on weekends, so I didn't get a rental either. I had no vehicle for two days. Then on Monday I called after noon to check on my vehicle and was told it was fixed after being on hold for over 15 minutes. No one ever proactively called me to update me about my vehicle. When I picked it up, I was not given any explanation about what the recall was for, why the software update failed, or how it was eventually fixed. I deserve to know what's happening with my vehicle. More

The service person I spoke with was very nice and professional. There was no one at the service desk for about 10 minutes after I arrived for my appointment time. After 2 hours I was told that they needed to order a part to fix the issue and didn't have it on hand. I thought this was very strange because I was called in for this problem. Now I have to go back another time. I also find that the cost for doing basic things like oil changes, and other repairs that I've inquired about in the past, are much more expensive than through others. More

My 1st appointment was scheduled for Tuesday at 12n, when I arrived I was informed that the mechanic didn’t have time to do a diagnostic check today due to the walk-Ins. I rescheduled for the next day at 830am . When I arrived for my 2nd appointment at 830a, I was told that they will call me when the diagnostic check was completed. By 4p I called to check the status of my car. I was informed that The diagnostic test would not be until tomorrow. Once the diagnostic test was done the repair was completed. More
