Service Dept. very seldom answers the phone and they tell you to leave a message but never got back to me. I had to visit the dealership in person in order to make very seldom answers the phone and they tell you to leave a message but never got back to me. I had to visit the dealership in person in order to make a service appt. Staff seems to be friendly. Opening hours varies. The service vehicle line gets very busy and parking is tight. You have to get there very early, even though you don't know what time they open. I was told they open at 8:30 and a customer standing in front of me said she was told they open at 8:00. The service door has a different operation time. More

Yes, finally completed the job parts were on order.
