Poor. My brand new truck had issues and I wasn't given a loaner. I should've went with Ford. I can't recommend GMC to anyone and I was bias towards GMC before this purchase. More

The shocks went out on my 2018 Denali. Saw that was a common issue. Called Hanless and they said it may be a covered issue. Got there and was told that I had to pay $235 for them to "ver Saw that was a common issue. Called Hanless and they said it may be a covered issue. Got there and was told that I had to pay $235 for them to "verify" if they could replace the shocks at no charge. I paid the $235 and was told the issue would cost over $2200 to replace the shocks and could be done in 30 minutes. I declined and went on line watched a video on how to do it and ordered OEM replacements for $436 and replaced them myself in about an hour. RIP OFF AVOIDED (except for the $235 to tell me what I already knew. More
