We needed parts and recall work done. Jason, our service advisor, had the parts ready for the truck. I was late to the appointment but Jason was a pro and had no problem with that. Very poorly organized. Way overboard on paper work when paying cash. Sales person was of very little help. Finance manager was quite rude. Brought in my 2018 Sierra for service. I get regular oil changes with Hanlees. I was first in line and it still over two and a half hours to complete. Also had a check engine filter light. I get regular oil changes with Hanlees. I was first in line and it still over two and a half hours to complete. Also had a check engine filter light. Told tech I wanted to see the filter. They changed it with out showing me, old filter was like brand new,and they charged me for putting in a new one even though it was unnecessary. Feel like I was taken advantage of.
