I was told more than once that I would get a call 'right back' and that never happened. The staff are excellent - particularly the Service Dept & the Cashiers! They had to reverse a transaction for us & didn’t make us feel bad at all! Thanks! My only complaint is that the rear seat floor protectors were not installed and the driver mat was not either. Driver mat was simple but the rear one takes some effort as it has to fit under the storage com were not installed and the driver mat was not either. Driver mat was simple but the rear one takes some effort as it has to fit under the storage compartment under the seats and on the passenger side it tough since the car jack is secured to the floor. Sure would have been appropriate for this to have been done by the detailers! More
