Called my husband a day later to let us know we needed a part but GMC was on strike didn’t know when it would be fixed. My care was at the dealership into 5:00 pm because I never received a call and nobody answered the phone I’m the service department. Frustrating. More

The service department needs another service advisor desperately and a porter. I paid $250 for a thorough examination of my car after an unsecured load hit. The tire sensor had a warning on the dashboard about it before I dropped it off. It was still there when I picked it up and they didn't say a thing. It took my adjuster forever to get there. Not your fault. I just took the car when I saw the sensor was still showing bad.
