LF fender liner does not fit correctly on my new 2023 truck. This is my first service, 7500 miles. Service writer told me that it wasn't a warranty issue and I needed to see a bodyshop because I 'obvious truck. This is my first service, 7500 miles. Service writer told me that it wasn't a warranty issue and I needed to see a bodyshop because I 'obviously hit something to make it that way' which is untrue, and from what I can tell, impossible if you look at the issue with any knowledge base. Upon pushing further service writer said he could submit to warranty but he didn't want to because if it got rejected he would be wasting his time. More

The service was horrible. Wasn’t told my vehicle was ready after getting an oil change. The cashier called to let me know. Wasn’t told about a problem encountered during the inspection. I had to call and inquire. Was told a part was ordered but wasn’t given a time frame. Called to inquire about said part, was told up to 72 hours. Called again a week later, was given the worst attitude. Asked for a manager to call back they said they were. Look at your yelp reviews, most say the same. It’s been about a month and still no call back. Will NEVER come back. More
