The buying process went so fast, but follow up - no good customer service. I haven’t bought a car in over 15 years and I’m 70 years old so I’m kind of slow thinking now but I feel the salesman just bulldoz customer service. Especially the optional choices. And then the person who was helping with the car itself didn’t bring it to my attention that a part covering the passenger mirror was missing when i called the next day Hector said he would work on it. I’ve been texting him for 2 1/2 weeks and same response, he’s working on it and please be patient. I’m meeting with the Sales Manager tomorrow who seems like he wants to help me to resolve this. Maybe there’s hope with the Sales Manager, other than that, don’t think I’ll recommend this dealer. More
