I arrived at my appointed time, and I was greeted at the door by Ryan the Service manager who turned me over to the Service Adviser. They were both very polite and professional. I was offered something to drink and I sat in the waiting area. The waiting area is comfortable and clean. The women’s restroom was nice and clean. My wait time was much shorter than I had anticipated. The advisor explained what the mechanic had done including adding an extra bolt on the area that had an issue as an added precautionary measure since this was a follow up visit to a previous issue. I was very pleased with the visit and the care that was taken with my car repair. All of the employees are very friendly. More
