There service advisor was not friendly and was cold. I was told that the work order was already in the system and all I had to do was to show up. That didn't happen. I’ve been here a few times but my recent time wasn’t too pleasant. Had a scheduled oil change at 9am and didn’t leave until 12pm. They said it would be no longer than 1hr and half. Got home and checked ever pleasant. Had a scheduled oil change at 9am and didn’t leave until 12pm. They said it would be no longer than 1hr and half. Got home and checked everything under the hood and they didn’t connect the wires back to the air filter housing box. Gotta do better than that. More
Ryan Vas the service manager gave me such a hard time about a defective battery that I bought from them. They never disclosed their way of doing math for the proration warranty. I used to drive 30 min from the next town over for my service, and after this last experience they have lost a customer (seems like he didn't really care). I have and will be sharing this experience with others...all over ~$15 . Way to make your customers feel valued!! NOT! More
