The windshield replacement was in stock and I was able to get an appointment for the next day. The charges were for the item and for over two hours to calibrate the windshield which functions as a crash sens get an appointment for the next day. I was told that the work had to be kept dry a few days after installation which I did. When I started using the car, the windshield rain sensor didn't work. When I tried to manually turn on the windshield wipers, I couldn't. I took the car to the dealership and the service customer receptionist also couldn't get the windshield wipers to work. So, I left the car at the dealership and waited for a message. More

They are the absolute worst. I will never go back there. I brought my 2021 tundra in for a cracked windshield, the truck had 2000 miles on it at the time. They denied me because the said they saw a chip in the glass. Ok I guess that's just how it goes. Learned to live with it. Next I went in because the center console door skin is coming apart. I showed it to the service writer an he told me no problem bring it back an we will replace it. Came back an they told me I need to pay for it because the truck now has 53,000 miles on it an they only cover up to 30,000 miles. I figured that Toyota would have some pride in the product they put out especially since I bought the truck brand new from hanlees lot. I guess I was wrong. More
