Very happy with the service I received from Charles. I was searching for a hard to find version of Tacoma. He kept my info and contacted me when one became available. He had the vehicle ready when I arr I was searching for a hard to find version of Tacoma. He kept my info and contacted me when one became available. He had the vehicle ready when I arrived, was helpful and courteous. My experience with the finance person was not positive. I wrote a check for the vehicle, so it was just the DMV, and him trying to sell me extended warranty, service program, and a hazard policy of some kind. His attitude completely changed when I declined. He was curt and made it obviously he was not happy with me. More
