My experience with the Fairfield Nissan staff was very positive. They were capable and willing to assist me in learning the ins and outs of my electric vehicle. Any issues that I encountered in driving positive. They were capable and willing to assist me in learning the ins and outs of my electric vehicle. Any issues that I encountered in driving my vehicle and would report before a training session.the staff would ensure that I have an answer before I left the session. One particular incident stands out for me. I arrived a bit early for a session and was told that I could charge my vehicle while I waited. I drove to the charger and was attempting to begin the charge and encountered a problem. I was standing by my vehicle holding the cable trying to decide what to do. A staff member came out the back of the Nissan dealership. When he got near, he asked if he could help As he assisted me, he seemed truly happy to help me. After the issue was resolved, he informed me that he didn't work at Nissan, but was employed at Hanlees Toyota and was headed back to the Toyota dealership. This particular employee embodies the work ethic I encountered with the Nissan staff. Do to my experience and training with the Nissan staff, I feel more capable and comfortable driving my electric vehicle. More
Customer service in service department was superb the front desk and the manager Ryan. I had a break service and change oil and so far so good I have no issues at all.
