Great Service however needs to give rides for customers Brought my car in for a recall and oil change. I needed a ride back home and they had to have known their driver doesn't start until 9:30 AM but made Brought my car in for a recall and oil change. I needed a ride back home and they had to have known their driver doesn't start until 9:30 AM but made me wait for awhile before calling Lyft for me. Lyft drivers cancelled twice on me and finally the third driver picked me up. It took me an hour from the time I checked my car in to have someone drive me home. This is poor customer services! More

Our problems: flat tire with nail, check engine light on, oil change and cruise control not working. Thought we'd try the dealership because of the age of the car and the cruise control issue. Big mistake. Big. We ended up getting nothing fixed but the oil change and still had to pay $200 to get out of there! AVOID THIS PLACE LIKE THE PLAGUE! We took it over to Bernard's on Rowe Pl. on recommendations from a friend and guess what? Best decision EVER! Bernard's was great! Fixed flat tire that Hanlee's said could not be repaired for $20. They checked the rim that Hanlee's told us was bent, but guess what? It wasn't! The sensor that Hanlee's diagnosed for $160, Bernard's could replace for much less, but told us that other than affecting gas mileage a bit it otherwise doesn't affect the operation of the vehicle and that if we wanted to wait until it was absolutely necessary to get the check engine light off (smog check) that would be fine. Ugh. Soooo wish we had just brought the car to Bernard's in the first place. Now we know. We'll be using Bernard's from now on. More

best customer service I did have an appointment for truck service work. Moe Rahman is outstanding at his job and really tries to anticipate problems with the vehicle! $80 Gas Cap error I stopped in to have a Check Engine light consult and was asked to leave it over night. Instead I brought it back the next morning and the intake guy I stopped in to have a Check Engine light consult and was asked to leave it over night. Instead I brought it back the next morning and the intake guy agreed that it wasn't the gas tank cap. He reached in and wiggled the cap, when what he should have done was take it off and put it back on, then start the car to see if the light stayed on. Instead, I had to leave it for several hours for a $160 test estimate. When I returned, the service guy said, "It was the gas cap. The O ring was slightly off." I complained that it was a very expensive simple gas cap and he replied, "That's why I'm only charging you $80." Needless to say, I'm very disappointed. I usually consult with Moe and feel if he'd been available, this would never have happened. More

Loose drain plug, etc This last service, my transfer case drain plug was not tightened. It left xxxxxxof fluid on my garage floor. I brought it back and the tech said ever This last service, my transfer case drain plug was not tightened. It left xxxxxxof fluid on my garage floor. I brought it back and the tech said everything was fine brought it home and the same thing happened. I crawled under and found the loose drain plug. Had it towed in, not being sure of how much fluid was left On a prior visit, my wiring harness had to be replaced. My AC didn’t work right after, and there were other issues. Took it back and they said I must have gone under the dash and messed something up. They finally found a loose wire(s)? They lost one of my keys (fob) and a new one had to be made. They wrote down the wrong mileage for my next service (off by 11,000 miles). I HATE writing poor reviews but don’t know what else I can do More
