Dealership average. Casual indifference by employees and below average customer service. Example, I accidentally left my garage door opener in my loaner rental car. I live an hour and a half away, so called back to ask someone to please mail it to me so I didn’t have to drive all the way back. She said “we don’t ship things so you’ll have to come get it.” I asked to speak to the service manager and she said “he’s not here.” Dropping it in a manilla envelope and sticking a stamp on it isn’t that hard. Was then told by someone else there they’d take care of it. Still haven’t received it. Another point was the wiring from my front and rear dash cams were left dangling down in the rear, and exposed and visible in the front. In other words, they removed it while working on the car, but didn’t put it back the way it was. I had to drive back to the installer after I got home and have it fixed. More
